The following furniture items have been SOLD. They will give you a bit of an idea of the type of hand painting I do. I just love to take a piece of old furniture, add a dose of a colour and allow new life to breathe into it and hopefully bring joy to the person who buys it.
Square Coffee Table - Abstract Circular Design
Abstract Chest of Drawers - Inspired by Zentangle colouring books.
TV Unit/coffee table- painted in geometric designs.
Asian style drawers - Design was already ingrained in the wood so I just hand painted it.
Hexagon Kitchen chairs - they were scratched and marked when I bought them. I thought a fun hexagon design would suit with a few black negative spaces scattered about.
Retro Dresser - I loved this dresser especially the circular sides. I thought it could make either a dresser for a bedroom or as is the case in this photo - a TV unit. I wanted to try a design that was a little more masculine. What do you think?
Retro Dresser- Found this gorgeous dresser on eBay and gave it a lovely blue look with geometric pattern on the drawers. The pattern is in acrylics and the blue surrounds in Porters Chalk Paint.
Small Square Coffee Table - was given a circular pattern.
Oval Coffee Table - this Queen Anne style coffee table was given an abstract design.
Triangular Desk - I wanted to give this desk a modern look that could be suitable for either a boy or girls room.
Retro Wardrobe - I fell in love with this beautiful wardrobe. It was in very bad condition, but with a little love and a HUGE splash of colour - the wardrobe came alive.
